Self-Description of Riding Style, Ability, Experience, Preferences (be honest):
I ride on a Sneva MFG 159 Carbon fiber snowboard. I'm 6'5" and 170lbs. So I am tall and skinny. I have always been stuck on riding everyone elses 162 or bigger. Until I rode one of Sneva MFG's 159. It is the best board I have ever ridin. I got my board 4 yrs. ago and I am still ridin it. It has some miles on it for sure, and it is still performing like it is brand new. When I heard about this company I was kinda lery. Everyone claims to build great stuff, but proving it is another thing. I was hung up on the name brand garbage, until trying one of these boards. I was sold on the first run down the mountain. The board is light weight. It is so effortless to ride. It will do anything that i throw at it. I jib around the parks with it, from grinding rails to skyin out on the half pipe. The board out performes my expectations. Unlike the other boards in the world, you have ultimate control. Edge control is never lost. They have really done their homework on the design and construction of their boards. It is not a limp piece of pasta, but on the other hand it's not too stiff that you can carve some nice turns at slow speeds. It has helped to imrove my skills as a snowboarder. There has never been a situation that I was disspointed at it's performance; on ice or in the backcountry powder. It carves through with a smile. Yeah $500 is alot of money, but what is the cost of great craftsmanship and awesome performance? If their ski's are anything like their boards they are a amazing piece of work.
